Concentra’s health and wellness center experts work with your organization’s leadership to understand the company’s health vision, and establish a multi-year plan with a defined road map to help achieve established health goals.
We are able to deliver custom well-being programs including support tools to keep employees engaged and active in their health. Based on the services and delivery method an employer chooses, wellness services can be made available online, telephonically, or in-person.
