At Concentra Urgent Care, we can treat the entire family, children and adults, for minor skin infections that can arise from a range of factors and conditions including acne, athlete’s foot, pierced ear infections, eczema, poison ivy, oak, and sumac, psoriasis, ringworm, insect bites, as well as cuts scrapes, and other lacerations.
Redness, swelling, tenderness, and fluid draining from the wound are all indications of an infection. If symptoms worsen, a fever develops, or the wound isn’t completely healed within 10 days, contact a Concentra Urgent Care clinic for treatment.
