• Our People – One of the ways we’re different from other therapy providers is that you are treated by licensed therapists, not technicians. On average, our physical therapists have 10+ years of clinical experience, and many also hold advanced qualifications and training in specialized areas, such as manual therapy certifications.
• Hands-On Approach to Healing – Concentra therapists use traditional hands-on methods and practical tools to treat a full range of musculoskeletal injuries, pain and functional limitations, and orthopedic and hand/upper-extremity injuries. Our valuable approach creates faster results and continues to improve your health and wellness long after therapy has ended.
• Our Locations – Physical Therapy services are available at the majority of our more than 300 Concentra Medical Center locations. With this coverage, we’re likely close to your home and work, making it easier to access therapy, keep appointments, and complete recommended treatments.
• Scheduling and Customer Care – Concentra Physical Therapy is easy to use. We reduce the normal time needed to schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage through the use of a centralized scheduling group. Our referral coordinators work with you to schedule an appointment with a therapist, usually less than 32 hours after you visit a physician and get a referral.
• Clinical Communication – Concentra therapists communicate with your referring physician. If your treatment plan needs to be modified, or you have advanced quickly and can complete therapy early, your therapist and physician can consult coordinate your care.

How Treatment Works

1. Visit your doctor and ask for a written-prescription referral to physical therapy.
2. Call us toll free at 888-997-2669 to schedule an appointment. Be sure to have your prescription and insurance card available.
3. For your first appointment, bring a copy of your signed prescription and proof of insurance coverage.
