Concentra Physical Therapy is available to any patient covered by private (group) health insurance. We team you with one of our affiliated, licensed physical therapists to provide the highest level of care while also managing the scheduling and insurance issues that can be deterrents to treatment. • Our People – Our affiliated therapists offer, on average, 10 years of clinical experience. And Concentra leads the industry in sponsoring a 2.5-year certification program in manual therapy for the ongoing professional development of therapists. In our toll-free, centralized scheduling call center, knowledgeable Concentra referral coordinators are dedicated to physical therapy patients.
• Hands-On Approach to Healing – Rather than instructing you to do repetitive exercises on customized therapy apparatus, Concentra's affiliated therapists will employ traditional hands-on methods and practical tools to train, track, and treat you throughout your recovery process. • Customer Care – Using Concentra Physical Therapy is easy and actually reduces the normal time needed to schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage. Once your physician refers you to Concentra, you'll contact our centralized scheduling group using a toll-free telephone number. One of our referral coordinators will then work with you to schedule an appointment. On average, patients begin treatment with a therapist less than 32 hours after visiting their physician.
