Concentra Chief Executive Officer Jim Greenwood presented a keynote speech at the 2009 UBS Global Healthcare Conference, held February 10, 2009, at The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.

Greenwood discussed the emerging issues in the health care industry, the reasons for increased spending on health care, and the rapidly growing need for improved access to primary care. The UBS Global Healthcare Services Conference brought together dozens of industry leaders to identify near- and long-term marketplace opportunities and explain the mechanisms of health care delivery in the U.S. and abroad. The conference featured presentations by senior executives from approximately 150 firms representing acute care, alternate site, distribution, health care REITs, information technology, laboratory services, long-term care, managed care, pharmaceutical services, staffing, and other sub-sectors from around the globe.
