With a working relationship spanning a decade, Lockton and Concentra have developed and deployed innovative, customized solutions for clients that provide high-quality health care for clients while seeking to lower their overall health care expense.
“We are finding our clients are particularly impressed with Concentra’s on-site health specialist model to assist in creating a culture of health within their organizations,” said Hayley Hines, CWPD, director of health risk management for Lockton Dunning Benefits in Dallas, Texas.
Concentra offers on-site (also referred to as 'worksite') clinic solutions that allow employers to provide convenient, efficient health care services to employees. The cornerstone of Concentra's service offering is the ability to deliver health and wellness services at an employer's workplace, either through community-based medical centers or a combination of services. The company also specializes in worksite health events, such as flu vaccinations and wellness screenings, such as health risk assessments and biometric testing. The collaboration between Lockton and Concentra allows Lockton clients access to the suite of services provided by Concentra.
"Concentra is excited about the programs developed in consultation with Lockton and its customers,” said Concentra chief executive officer Jim Greenwood. “Lockton's keen insight into individual customer's needs and their ability to understand and place the right Concentra service to meet those needs creates an industry-leading, customized approach to lowering health care costs and improving the health of individuals."
Commenting on the collaboration, Lockton Dunning Benefits President Roger Lambourn said, “Lockton is committed to developing strategic, innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
