Pandemic Preparedness Kits
The Pandemic Preparedness Campaign includes three kits: an employee personal safety kit, a company education kit, and a flu manager immediate response kit. All kits, as well as the Guidebook, are available for purchase through Concentra's Web site.
Employee Personal Safety Kits

Employee personal safety kits include barrier and sanitation devices to help employees reduce the risk of infection if influenza appears in the workplace. Kit components include: latex gloves, hand sanitizer, antiseptic wipes, disposable thermometers, an N-95 mask, instruction sheets for immediate response, and family pandemic preparedness. |
Company Education Kits

Company education kits include two copies of six different posters developed for this campaign. Additionally, the kit contains an educational CD-ROM to aid company HR and Risk Management teams in training employees on preparing for and dealing with a pandemic outbreak. |
Flu Manager Kits

Flu manager kits allow those individuals named by companies as their key pandemic response coordinators to stockpile an inventory of barrier and sanitation devices in the event of a significant pandemic outbreak at the workplace. Kit components include: latex gloves, a hand sanitizing pen, antiseptic wipes, disposable thermometers, N-95 masks, disposable gowns, and a variety of pandemic tracking forms from the Guidebook. |
