Concentra provides a wide range of consultation and training services to help our employer clients reduce workplace injuries and their associated costs. Our goals are to educate your employees using an interactive training format, to minimize downtime for your business, and to become a “go-to” source of information on occupational health, wellness, and safety issues.

Education and Training
  • Many of our services are educational and training-oriented. We also provide more quantitative services, such as job site analyses and ergonomic assessments, to identify areas of improvements and/or develop functional-based job descriptions.
  • We customize our training sessions to match your business needs. For example, our specialists will come to your workplace and conduct classes that fit with your production schedules.
  • Our “At Work” department provides educational and training services to employers specific to many regulatory issues including ADA, OSHA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other pertinent employer issues. We employ specialists nationwide to provide consultative services to employers to assist in compliance.
  • Concentra has many programs to assist the employer in reducing health care benefit costs in the workplace. Whether it’s a “lunch and learn” or providing a complete Health Risk Appraisal for employees, we can address your company’s health, wellness, and safety issues. Our training programs include:

These programs are available to our employers for a nominal cost. If Concentra has an on-site medical or physical therapy program at your location, these services are free when they’re presented by the on-site staff.
