Built to Suit Employers Workforce Needs
Our Health Improvement Center provides ‘We Come to You’ services that are customized to suit an employer’s entire workforce health care needs, not just occupational medicine. This customization focuses on keeping employees well, fit, and safe. The list of services includes any or all of the following programs:
- Clinical Preventive Services — screening, counseling, and testing services to identify and treat diseases early
- Occupational Medicine — treating injuries that occur in the workplace
- Acute/Episodic Care — treating urgent care needs
- Chronic/Disease Care — treating and managing long-term health conditions or problems
- Fitness/Physical Therapy — providing assessments, conditioning, and education that optimize physical health and help employees recover from injury
- Environmental Health/Safety — eliminating hazards in the workplace and optimizing employee performance to reduce injury or long-term stress
- Care Coordination — providing necessary care management, clinical referrals, specifying medical networks, and storing and reporting data
Onsite clinical services are provided to employees at the workplace and complement the Health Improvement Program. Depending on current or available health care benefits, employers can combine TotalCare medical services to deliver the most cost-effective care. Clinical services may also be leveraged with programs at Concentra Urgent Care centers in the local area market.
Concentra establishes relationships with community care facilities, local hospital groups, and other network clinical providers to facilitate delivery of quality care as the need arises.
