Taking time for care
I just want you to know how much I appreciate how your team at Concentra…[they] always take such good care of our employees.
Although there are a few standouts (probably because I speak with them most often), everyone there always treats every call from me as if it's the only call they need to take care of. Our employees are always treated with respect and professionalism; [your employees] always make time to talk to me or my employee to answer questions or clarify instructions. They show kindness and genuine concern when dealing with situations, whether a minor accident such as a twisted ankle or something as serious as a concussion. Please extend my gratitude to them…Again, thank you for all you do for us.

Delighted at the response
Yesterday we needed to send one of our caregivers to your facility to have a strain in her back looked at by one of your physicians. I am writing to tell you that immediately after seeing J— I received a fax from Concentra and the doctor with the results of her visit. I was delighted about the immediate response.
We spoke to J— this morning and she was so very pleased with the service at Concentra. She indicated that she never expected it to be that professional and good but was pleasantly surprised. Kudos to your staff who worked yesterday and to the physician. Thanks again for the assistance.

Helping one patient at a time
On behalf of our employees, I want to thank you for your help this year in making our health event a big success. I appreciate your accommodating us on the cost of doing the blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screening. This ended up being the most valuable event of the day, as it revealed a dangerously elevated blood pressure level in one of our employees. So much so that H—, the nurse who did the screening, encouraged him to seek medical attention that day. Holly went above and beyond and followed up with me the next day to be sure our employee had sought medical treatment. She and D— are truly professionals who represent Concentra well. Thank you, again, and I hope Concentra is able to participate in our next health event.

Worry-free professionalism

I just wanted to write a quick note to tell you how positive our experience was with Concentra Mobile medical services. A— was a tremendous asset during this process. He was the utmost of a professional, was on-time and efficient, demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the process and provided tremendous customer service when our employees had questions or concerns. In one instance, A— was able to calm an employee and assuage his fears about the test. He had the test completed and the employee back to work by the time a District rep showed up to handle it. Andres also provided flexibility at a moment’s notice and in some cases, no moment’s notice.
The mobile unit was clean and very professional looking. Employees seemed very pleased with the experience. I look forward to working with Concentra Mobile on some other things and look forward to working with A— as well. It is nice to have a professional on staff that I don't have to worry about.

Hand-delivered service
I just spoke with the contact from Town of S— and wanted to relay a compliment to you all. She said that T— did an amazing job. He completed their noise survey last week and hand delivered the report to her today. She said that he took great care in explaining the report and making sure she understood everything. She said the report was very thorough and easy to read and understand. She said that T— was very easy to work with and talk to.
