Concentra was founded by physicians, and clinical excellence is at the core of the services we provide. At Concentra, you’ll use your medical training and expertise to help heal patients and make life better for them and their families. You'll also help lead a team of clinical professionals providing occupational medicine, treatment of episodic medical conditions, preventive health care, and wellness management.

At Concentra, physicians typically treat or provide:

Orthopedics injuries Lacerations Corneal abrasions or foreign bodies Non-injury services

Pre-placement physical exams Regulated physical exams for OSHA, DOT, FAA, etc. Drug and audiometric screens

You’ll also typically provide occupational health services, such as:

Interfacing with client companies about occupational health Identifying health risks in workplaces Determining the work-relatedness of disorders

Providing Medical Directorships to employers Consulting with patients’ companies on safety occupational health issues and disability prevention Serving as a resource to physicians in other specialties

Concentra Clinical Career Pathway

Our clinical pathway program identifies a group of career tracks based on four areas of expertise: clinical, managerial, worksite services, and occupational health. Physicians completing the Clinical Career Pathway may obtain recognition as a Concentra “Master” or “Fellow.” Physicians must apply for acceptance into the Clinical Career Pathways program, which generally takes one to two years to complete.
