As we expand Concentra’s network of medical centers, we’re continually searching for board-certified, primary-care physicians who offer:

  • A positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Proven clinical skills
  • The ability to counsel and motivate patients
  • An interest in the business elements of a medical practice
  • A solution-oriented sense of urgency

Concentra's affiliated physicians practice outpatient occupational and urgent care medicine, which typically consists of:

  • Orthopedics injuries
  • Lacerations
  • Corneal abrasions or foreign bodies
  • Non-injury services
  • Pre-placement physical exams
  • Regulated physical exams for OSHA, DOT, FAA, etc.
  • Drug and audiometric screens

Concentra-affiliated doctors also provide a range of occupational health services such as:

  • Interfacing with client companies about occupational health
  • Identifying health risks in workplaces
  • Determining the work-relatedness of disorders
  • Providing Medical Directorships to employers
  • Consulting with patients’ companies on safety occupational health issues and disability prevention
  • Serving as a resource to physicians in other specialties

Career Pathway programCareer Pathway program

Concentra is unique in its career and professional advancement program for all its affiliated physicians: Concentra Clinical Career Pathways. The pathway identifies a group of career tracks recognizing clinical excellence and based on four distinct occupational areas of expertise: clinical, managerial, on-site services, and occupational health. Physicians completing the Clinical Career Pathway may obtain recognition as a Concentra “Master” or “Fellow.” Physicians must apply for acceptance into the Clinical Career Pathways program, which generally takes one to two years to complete.
