Since 1996, Concentra has been capturing outcomes data on every patient treated in our medical centers. We have analyzed these outcomes to create and refine medical protocols so that our clinicians can provide the most skillful care possible for every patient we treat.

It’s all about improving the future by learning from the past. In 2000, a group of our physicians and researchers established the Concentra Occupational Health Research Institute, which leads this effort and has also published scientific research papers and sponsored national medical education seminars.

We Value Our Patients

We respect our patients and view every treatment as an opportunity to gain valuable feedback on how we’re doing. Not only do we measure the effectiveness of the care we provide each patient, but we also measure the quality of service we provide each patient.

That’s why we created several methods of patient feedback. First, we listen to every patient request and comment they provide firsthand to a Concentra colleague during their visit. But we also provide follow-up opportunities, including an online patient customer service survey and online communication capabilities where they can commend, comment, or complain.
