Subject Matter Expertise: Occupational Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Flu Pandemic Preparedness
Dr. Seidel is the Regional Medical Director for Concentra in the Maryland/Virginia area, where he oversees 14 Concentra Medical Centers. He is also a member of the Medical Expert Panel on Infectious Disease and Pandemics. Prior to joining Concentra in 2005, he worked for over 12 years in emergency medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital and Harbor Hospital Center, both in Baltimore. He was the Founding Medical Director of the Adult Immunology Clinic (AIDS/HIV) for the Highland General Hospital in Oakland.
Dr. Seidel is a graduate of the University of Texas and of the University of Texas Medical School. He completed residencies at the University of California at San Francisco and Highland General Hospital in Oakland.
