Subject Matter Expertise: Occupational Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Flu Pandemic Preparedness
Dr. Choo is the Medical Director of the Concentra Medical Center in the Union Square section of San Francisco and is a member of the Medical Expert Panel on Infectious Disease and Pandemics. Prior to joining Concentra in 2004, she worked for over six years for U.S. Healthworks and for over 15 years for hospitals in California and New York. The Federal Reserve Bank has recently approached her to be part of their Flu Preparedness Program.
Dr. Choo is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and of the New York Medical College. She completed residencies at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York and at the University of California at Davis.
