Our Urgent Care Medical Expert Panel is composed of physicians with a wide experience in emergency medicine, family practice, and urgent care delivery. Three of our members currently practice in an urgent care setting.
The activities of this panel center around the development of reference and educational materials for use by Concentra’s physicians nationwide. The panel also develops medical policy focused on delivering quality urgent care services. The panel will participate in Concentra’s speakers bureau to provide clients and health care entities information on urgent care. Toward these ends, the panel is completing 30 clinical practice guidelines covering urgent care.
The continual activity of the panel is to provide all Concentra medical providers with guidance on matters germane to urgent care.
