

Gary Zigenfus joined the company in 1992 and is the founder of the Physical Therapy (PT) program at Concentra. With more than 33 years of experience in the PT arena, he now oversees all aspects of our physical therapy practice as it continues to become one of the preeminent programs in the country.
Mr. Zigenfus is a sought-after speaker for his innovative views on the benefits of dynamic early intervention and evidence-based medicine in physical therapy. He is a published author and has held several adjunct professor positions at universities across the country. As a result, Mr. Zigenfus is widely recognized as a thought leader for the entire PT industry. He recently served on the Editorial Advisory Board for the 2007 Official Disability Guidelines (ODG).
Mr. Zigenfus earned his BA from Trenton State College and his MS degree in physical therapy from Duke University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the APTA’s Orthopedic Section.
