Tammy Steele joined Concentra in 2001 in with executive responsibility for Concentra's human resources organization, including talent management, integrity/ethics compliance, health and welfare programs, compensation, HR technology systems performance management, and employee relations.
Before joining Concentra, she held human resources management roles in a variety of industries, from radio and television broadcasting (AMFM Inc./Chancellor Media) to banking (Hogan Systems) to the high-tech industry (Texas Instruments). Her background also includes extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, international human resources management, and financial planning.
Ms. Steele attended the University of North Texas.
