Mark A. Solls
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mark Solls joined Concentra in 2006 and is responsible for all legal affairs of the company including securities, contracts, leases, acquisitions, dispositions, litigation, human resources issues, trademarks, and strategic legal matters.
Prior to Concentra he was executive vice president and general counsel for Wyndham International, Inc. Prior to Wyndham, Mr. Solls served as general counsel in various companies and industries. He is a certified mediator and licensed to practice law in Texas and Illinois.
Mr. Solls received his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from Southern Illinois University.
